Kristin and Joel agree that a good process — and the right tools for that process — make their lives easier. They don’t agree on what that process should be. Yes, we need to involve the client, but to what degree? Should we install InDesign on their computer and let them edit files?
We like that our work can have a great impact, but how do we explain to our clients what we do? How do we collaborate with our clients? We talk about tools that we have used and the relative success of them. Of course, we can’t resist telling horror stories of difficult client reviews.
